​Tasks​: - Leading and building teamwork and wellbeing in the team. Ensuring a safe work environment​. - Ensure valid work instructions/standard work sheets are followed with focus on safety and quality​. - Coordinate activities in own area; materials, team members, equipment and so on in close cooperation with the Group Lead, the other Team Leads and Warehouse​ - Have a good process overview, in order to plan ahead. - Participate in the production tact meetings and in close cooperation with the Group Lead and the other Team Leads align the production flow.​ - Close cooperation with local Production Trainer to ensure the team’s qualification level​. - Convey Quality Feedback between local Production Trainer/Industrial Engineering/Quality to production​. - Provide continuous feedback to the local Production Trainer and Group Lead on potential quality and training issues.​ - Good housekeeping in own area and participate in 5S audits.​ - The Team Lead’s role is not working hands-on along side the operatives, but having a more coordinating role. If needed they can help the team out.​ - Preparing for the next team to take over.
