1. Order taking and management
- Process customer orders and create DO and ASN documents.
- Maintain all of the orders in internal system
- Generate and check shipping documents to ensure no miss out or mistake.
- Daily confirm order and invoice.
2. Customer Service
- Handle all incoming calls, email and fax of customer enquiries and complaints.
- Pick up all of the phone call based on assignment to satisfy customers.
3. Related team support
- Support team members to take order and customer's need if they were not available.
- Coordinate with dispatcher for daily shipping arrangement .
- Internal communication with related departments.
- Other assigned projects.
1. Education : Bachelor and above, major in commercial related.
2. Personality : Team work spirits, High EQ, responsible and attentive.
3. Good communication and coordination skill
Additional Plus :
1. Experience in logistics, scheduling, order taking and data analysis is additional plus.
2. Good English skill in verbal and written is additional plus.
